We are delighted to share the successful launch of ইচ্ছে ডানা (Icche Dana), a new initiative by Ghulghuli, with our first-ever Career Counselling Workshop for Class 10 & 12 students, held on 8th August 2026 at Dakshin Kashiabad Sikshaniketan, Sundarban.

The enthusiasm and response from the students truly overwhelmed us. Beyond conventional career choices, we introduced them to interesting and emerging career options, scholarship opportunities, and different pathways they can explore after school. We also shared information about self-development platforms, skill-building resources, and useful apps that can help them become more skilled, informed, and confident about their future.

What made the experience even more special was hearing students openly share their aspirations—from becoming air hostesses to pursuing careers in design and other fields. Their curiosity, questions, and eagerness to learn made this first step of career counselling incredibly meaningful for us.

This is only the beginning. Through this Career Counselling Workshop, Ghulghuli hopes to continue creating opportunities where young minds can discover possibilities beyond the usual, make informed choices, and move closer to the careers they dream of.

Because every dream deserves the right direction.
